Cybercraft Dynamics ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ezInvoice mobile application (the "App"). a. Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Business Information: Company name, address, tax identification numbers, and logo that you add to your invoices.
- Invoice Data: Client details, line items, amounts, payment terms, and notes you enter when creating invoices.
- Payment Information: Bank account details or payment gateway credentials you configure for receiving payments.
b. Location Information
With your explicit consent, we collect precise (GPS) and approximate (network-based) location data, including background location data, to provide the following features:
- Live Location Tracking: To enable real-time delivery or service tracking for invoiced jobs and orders.
- Store and Business Mapping: To associate invoices and transactions with business locations.
- Background Location: When you enable live tracking, the App may access your location in the background to maintain continuous tracking even when the App is not in the foreground. You can disable this at any time through your device settings.
You may grant or revoke location permissions at any time through your device's settings. Disabling location access may limit certain features of the App.
c. Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Data: Features accessed, time spent in the App, crash reports, and performance metrics.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, and pages or screens viewed.
d. Information from Third Parties
If you sign in using a third-party service (e.g., Google or Apple), we may receive your name, email, and profile picture as permitted by that service's privacy settings.
